Roxas, the province's smallest municipality by land area, happens to have the largest cave in the province. Exploring the ten chambers of San Rafael Cave takes about two hours; one chamber is believed to hold the treasures of a Chinese pirate, another houses thousands of bats, while another has a towering stalagmite formation. Other local attractions include a couple of waterfalls, beach resorts, and a 2.4-hectare mangrove forest.
