Bagulayag Rock

Follow the signs out of town to Bagulayag and enjoy strolling along the path through the mangroves, passing fishermen's homes. At the end of the path is Bagulayag Rock. The best time to visit is during December when the butanding (whale shark) are migrating. Adding to the rugged charm of the place is the abandoned coastal road project, which has unfinished concrete walls.
