According to Forbes.com, the Philippines have the 2nd largest habitat for whale sharks a good new when we know that these rare and unique animals attract visitors from around the world every year to contemplate them or even to enjoy swimming moments with these gentle giants. 


The government is anticipating an influx of tourists who would be interested by a great time with the cetacean, as for Isabelle and her boyfriend who came from Canada and who decided to extend their 2-day weekend in Donsol in a small 4-day stay off the city when they were surprised by the presence of whale sharks and canceled their trip to Legazpi City. 

The Donsol field office of World Wildlife Fund (WWF) the Philippines recorded 31 new individuals in the town's waters since January. 

According to Desiree Abitria, Donsol tourism officer, April and May are the peak months for whale shark interaction in the town, so hurry up guys if you don't want to miss one of the most beautiful discoveries of your life added to exceptional moments with these animals.
