This October 13, Laguna’s local artists, craftsmen, and food-makers are coming together for a trade expo and merry celebration in Santa Cruz, Laguna. Open to all travelers from far and beyond, the products that will be showcased feature eastern Laguna’s best, from carabao-milk cheeses and rice-based cheesecakes, to wood-carved crafts and handmade embroideries.

The event is organized by restaurateur siblings and chefs Gel and Day Salonga, both of whom born and raised in Laguna. “Sa Pantalan” aims to promote the province’s food, culture, and heritage by collaborating with private sectors and local trade artists and craftsmen.
