Sabang Community Park
0.57 km away

Sabang Community Park is a governement-owned reclaimed land open for public use. The land has a long stretch of beach that surrounds the vicinity. The property was originally a swampland until the local government invested time and resources to make the land usable. The park is open until midnight for guests to enjoy. The park also offers overnight stays for P500. Its pavilion can be rented out for functions and events, and are priced at P2,000 for the first 3 hours, and P500 per hour thereafter.

Bulan Presidential Museum
0.59 km away

Documenting the history and culture of Bulan town, Bulan Presidential Museum is home to a collection of artifacts donated by the town's residents. The museum is located in what used to be the municipal hall, which was built in 1801. The museum was conceptualized in 2007 and was opened to the public soon after. However, the building received extensive roof damage from Typhoon Noona in 2015. Some artifacts have been lost in the destruction of the building. At the time of writing in 2017, the management of the museum is looking to source funds to help repair the damage and further develop the museum.

Japanese WWII Cave
1.87 km away

Bulan's Japanese encampments comprise an intricate cave system the Japanese bunked and fought from during the World War II. Previously extended several kilometers, the caves were burrowed under a tiny hill and remain well-preserved. Surrounding the cave is a lake that originally provided a floating bar to enjoy refreshments in the area. A typhoon damaged the floating bar, but the caves are luckily intact.
