The growing fame of this more or less 250 year old tree as a tourist attraction has led the municipality to a plan to overhaul the tree’s immediate circumferential space. Located next to the public market, just a few minute walk from Natividad Municipal Hall, the Dalipawen Tree stands lofty and fine-looking with its bountiful, closely-bunched group of small white flowers. This tree has been continuously being frequented by locals and visitors alike and is believed to bring good fortune to the townspeople.
