Grajo's Farm is where one can embrace slow and unadulterated country life. The narrow dirt path that leads to its entrance speaks so much about its character: unspoiled and unpretentious, an escape to commune with nature. The entire property is 3-hectares big but it is laid out in such a way that visitors can have small corners to retreat to. Here and there, the farm's different elements are scattered- a pineapple farm, rows of sunflower blooms, a koi pond, a tilapia fish farm, a man-made mini-waterfall, and a single bahay kubo that can house 2-3 people for an overnight stay. The most interesting aspect about this farm is its culture of stingless bees, whose honey is highly valued for medicinal purposes. The farm is open to daytime visitors, and as mentioned earlier, has one hut available for overnight lodging. Rather than being considered as a commercial establishment, Grajo's Farm is more of a privately owned paradise that is being generously shared to the public.
Bulusan Lake is the tranquil scene that welcomes nature lovers at the Bulusan Volcano Natural Park. Its deep emerald waters is the first to catch attention; a glassy surface mirroring the nature that surrounds it. The dense rainforest around its perimeter is the next one to impress where upon giving it more attention reveals the diversity of its vegetation. Then finally, near the side of the lake are bursts of color in the form of kayaks, canoes, and boat bicycles. This is the postcardable image that earned Bulusan Lake the title "Switzerland of the Orient", and yet this impressive masterpiece is just the opening act to the many natural wonders sprawled across 3,673 hectares of protected area.
