Opened in 2005, the Yuchengo Museum was inaugurated to showcase the art collection of the late Ambassador Alfonso T. Yuchengco. He was a Filipino accountant, industrialist, businessman, educator, and diplomat. He is also the founder of Yuchengco Group of Companies, the Chairman of the business of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) one of the biggest and most successful banks in the country. He was also chairman of the Mapúa Institute of Technology and the Malayan Colleges.
